We have. 2008 Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDCi Estate which has done 134k miles. We recently had the DPF replaced as we were told it was too blocked to be regenerated. Oil & filter have been replaced, service lights reset and approx every 500 miles the oil service light keeps coming on and off followed by engine malfunction light. I've been having a dpf nightmare with my 60 plate mondeo 2.0 tdci for the past few months. After replacing a faulty egr valve and vapouriser and regenerating the dpf i finally have no fault codes or warning lights. My problem now is that within 5 minutes of driving a Regen starts and it doesn't end. After a lot of reading (mostly on Mondea forums!) this is a part of the DPF system which injects and heats fuel into the DPF to get the regeneration process hot. It's part of the Euro 5 implementation and seems to be the weak link - in city driving it can get clogged up and/or have electrical problems.
